StepClub is a unique pedometer walking program that is designed to promote an active, healthier you! By walking 30 to 60 minutes a day you can get fit, tone up and shed pounds while reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and respiratory problems.
As a member of StepClub you will have 6 weeks to meet the challenge of increasing the number of steps you take to 10,000 a day. Using the iStep pedometer, you can set your pace and record your daily distance as you walk your way to a healthier you!
StepClub also helps you make a healthy difference in the lives of others by ‘donating’ your steps back to the Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation; raising funds in support of life saving care and cutting-edge research at two of Canada’s leading innovators in health sciences, Toronto General Hospital and Toronto Western Hospital.
