TWH is home to the Krembil Neuroscience Centre – an internationally renowned clinical and research program in neural-related diseases and disorders. Krembil scientists find answers to spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s Disease, epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease and a range of neurodegenerative and neuromuscular conditions.

Toronto Western Research Institute is home to the research programs associated with the neural and visual sciences, musculoskeletal disease and community health programs. TWRI investigators collaborate closely with clinicians at TWH.
