Sponsorship opportunities, listed below, are available to support the 6th Annual Golf for Heart Classic.  Your generosity and tournament participation will benefit the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre at the Toronto General Hospital.

Dinner Sponsor $14,000
• Full recognition as the dinner sponsor at the event
• Two Foursomes (value $10,000)
• Corporate logo recognition on event signage as appropriate

Lunch or Beverage Cart Sponsor $7,000
• Full recognition as the lunch or beverage cart sponsor at the event
• One Foursome (value $5,000)
• Corporate logo recognition on event signage as appropriate

Reception Sponsor $3,500
• Full recognition as reception sponsor at the event
• One Twosome (value $2,500)
• Corporate logo recognition on event signage as appropriate

Prize or Golf Cart Sponsor $3,500
• Recognition as prize or golf cart sponsor at the event
• One Twosome (value $2,500)
• Corporate logo recognition on event signage as appropriate

Hole Sponsor $1,500
• Hole sponsors will have signage at one of 18 holes on the course
• Corporate logo recognition on event signage as appropriate
