Want to join an existing team? You can register and join a team at the same time. The first registration steps is to choose the team your fundraising for.

Ready to start your own team? If you're the team captain, register your team and yourself at the same time. You'll need to choose a name, select the research area your team will support. You can also pre-register team members.

Want to take part on your own? In addition to entering your personal information, you'll need to choose a research area and set your fundraising goal.

Prefer to register offline? Just print the forms and fax them to The 5K Your Way at 416-946-6563. Children aged 12 and under may only be registered via a printable form. After October 5, 2010, children must be registered online and pay the regular registration fee. (All registration fees include a $4 processing fee)
