Event Info: Pre-Event Information

Every 5K Your Way walker or runner must wear a bib and timing chip to participate in the event. This requirement applies to all participants, both adults and children.



About Event Expo

All participants MUST pick up an Event kit before Event day. You can pick up your Event kit from Event Expo.

When: Friday October 16th, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday October 17th, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Where: Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, 123 Queen Street West. Queen's Park Circle Get map.



The Event Kit

The Event kit contains a bib and a timing chip - both of which must be worn on event day



Team Pickup

You can designate a member of your team to pick your kit(s). The person must come equipped with a complete list of member names (available on your team website at 5Kyourway.ca)



Have Questions?

The Foundation staff and volunteers will be onsite at the Event Expo on both days

Although online registration ends at midnight on October 14th, 2009, participants can register at the Event Expo. However, anyone who registers at the Event Expo will not be able to fundraise online.

If you need to get in touch with a 5K Your Way organizer at any point from Thursday October 15th at 3:00 p.m. - Sunday, October 19 at 12:00 p.m., please call 416-557-5300. I will not have access to either my office phone or my email between these times.

Register and Start Fundraising
Registration deadline is midnight Tuesday, October 13, 2009.

Sponsor a Participant
Sponsor a friend or family member and help them meet their fundraising goal.

Volunteer
We can't do it without you! There's lots to do prior to and on Event Day, and we need your help to make this event a success.
