Referrals
All appointments with the Orthopaedic Surgeons must be booked through a referral from your family physician. In order to obtain a referral, visit your family doctor. He or she will then fax a referral, along with all appropriate medical history and test results. The Orthopaedic Surgeon's office will book the appointment with your family doctor who will contact you with the date and time

How to find us
Take the Gardiner Expressway, exit on Spadina Avenue and travel northbound to Dundas Street. Make a left (westbound) until you get to Bathurst Street. TWH is on the northeast corner of Bathurst and Dundas Streets.

Public Transit
North and South: Bathurst Streetcar
The most convenient subway station is Bathurst Subway. Take the streetcar going south, to Dundas. If you are coming from the south, take the Bathurst Streetcar north to Dundas.

East and West
Dundas Streetcar. From the Dundas Subway Station (at Yonge), take the Dundas Streetcar west to Bathurst.
