Thanks to a committed group of volunteers – our Board of Directors – we achieve the highest standards in stewardship and accountability. Our Board members represent a wide range of expertise, having legal, finance/accounting, investment, senior management, marketing and fundraising backgrounds.
Our Board members ensure that:
- Funds are used for the purpose for which they are given;
- Funds are managed effectively and ethically;
- The Foundation’s affairs are managed with appropriate care and control; and
- We comply with any legislation pertaining to privacy issues.
