How do I become a member?
Making a gift at the level of $1,000 to $9,999 annually or $10,000 to $99,999 cumulative lifetime entitles you to membership in the R. Fraser Elliott Society.
Your gift can be made as one-time payment or through automatic monthly payments. You can also make your gift in honour or in memory of someone important to you:
- Online - use our secure donation form to become a member today!
- By phone using your credit card. Please call Robert Windrum at 416-340-4944 to make a gift.
- By cheque, payable to Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation. See address information to the right.
- Through Gifts of Securities. The elimination of capital gains tax on gifts of publicly traded securities provides great tax advantages while enabling you to make a significant contribution to Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation. You will benefit by not having to pay capital gains tax on your appreciated securities, and will receive a donation receipt for the fair market value of the securities. Please contact Robert Windrum at robert.windrum@uhn.on.ca or call 416-340-4944 to obtain a stock transfer form from the Foundation.
